Delete your account

1. Open CheckPoint Sports.
2. Open Profile and the account management section.
3. Choose Delete my account.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm only if you want to permanently delete your account.

After successful deletion, your existing account can no longer be used. If an error appears, contact support.

Email us, preferably from the address associated with your account. State that you want to delete your CheckPoint Sports account. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity in case of reasonable doubt. Never send your password.

Personal data associated with the account is deleted or anonymised according to the privacy policy, including the account, profile, relationships, notification tokens and associated content. Some records may be kept to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Operational deletion and backup expiry are distinct steps.

Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription. See subscription management links in the help guide.
